The ELA/Social Studies Teacher will hold primary responsibility for the development of curriculum, the instruction of content, and the growth and success of one classroom of students.
The High School Spanish Teacher is responsible for creating a classroom environment that develops in each student an awareness and appreciation of the richness of traditional and contemporary Hispanic and Latino language and culture around the world and throughout the United States through the study of literature, current events, and primary sources. This role may include courses in Spanish I, Spanish II, Spanish III, and/or Spanish for Spanish Speakers.
At Brooke, teachers design their own curriculum based on the Common Core State Standards and are solely responsible for the academic achievement of their students. The High School Math Teacher is responsible for creating a classroom environment that develops in each student an awareness and appreciation of the role of advanced mathematics in everyday life and the world around us.
