The Chief Academic Officer (CAO) oversees all aspects of instruction from grades 5-12, managing a comprehensive vision and strategy for meeting the unique needs of 535 students in middle and high school. The CAO provides instructional vision and leadership, manages instructional leaders, and creates a highly effective adult learning environment at the school.
The High School Principal oversees all aspects of grades 9-12, managing a comprehensive vision and strategy for meeting the unique needs of 225 high school students and preparing them for continuing education. The Principal provides instructional leadership and fosters a positive school culture with a team of approximately 25 teachers and learning specialists.
The development manager will work as a member of the management team of the organization. In consultation with the board, the development manager will design and implement a three- year strategic plan to raise unrestricted annual funds as well as capital funds. In addition, the development manager will serve as the key staff person in the creation and implementation of a communications and media plan to increase the visibility of the organization.

The Abby Kelley Foster Charter school is seeking a full time District Database Manager and Enrollment Coordinator who will be responsible for managing the district’s SIMS data as it pertains to state reporting and providing regular status reports to management as appropriate.
This position also serves as the school's enrollment coordinator who manges the school's admissions process.
