The Director of Organizing will be responsible for building relationships across parents, teachers, and allied organizations in a range of communities to expand the base of constituents in support of charter public schools and engaged in actions that contribute to the charter movement’s ability to achieve its strategic goals.
The Director of Capacity Building Network provides capacity building supports to all charter schools in Massachusetts by creating high quality Statewide Community of Practice professional development sessions. In addition, the Director project manages key strategic initiatives of the Gateway City Charter Alliance (GCCA) and the Suburban and Rural Charter Alliance (SRCA) through partnering with the Alliance Chairs and MCPSA staff.

Reporting to the Executive Director and serving as a member of the senior leadership team, the Chief of Government Affairs is responsible for helping lead the organization’s advocacy and organizing work to strengthen bipartisan and progressive political support for charter schools and to support the nation’s highest quality charter sector in its work to serve Massachusetts students and families well.
