Medfield resident to speak at Medfield Historical Society meeting

At the Nov. 5 Medfield Historical Society meeting, Medfield resident Linda Morse will talk about how Medfield was impacted by the deadly Spanish flu epidemic that killed an estimated 50 million people worldwide.

The 7:30 p.m. meeting is free and open to the public at the old meetinghouse, First Parish Unitarian Universalist Church, 26 North St., Medfield.

Morse grew up in Medfield and now teaches several history and other courses at Foxborough Regional Charter High School. She also edits the New England Journal of History.
